Assistant Operations Manager – The Vue & Clubhouse EventSpace

Full-Time, Year-Round Position | Etobicoke, Ontario

Rate: $50000 to $55000, based on experience The Vue & Clubhouse EventSpace is a year-round wedding, private event and hospitality operation looking for an experienced, hands-on Assistant Operations Manager to join our management team.

Working alongside our Operations Manager and senior management team, this position will play a key role in the execution of weddings, corporate events, social functions, golf tournaments and other private events throughout the year.

Additional Golf Season Responsibilities – June through September In addition to our year-round private event operations, during the golf season from June through September, the Assistant Operations Manager will also help oversee our à la carte restaurant and golf food & beverage operations.

The Person We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading from the front and being part of the action.

This is not a Monday-to-Friday, 9-to-5 management position.



Our business is built around weddings, private events, golf tournaments and hospitality, which means evenings and weekends are an important part of the role.

The successful candidate must have flexible availability and be comfortable working weekends, evenings and varying hours based on our event schedule.

In return, this is a full-time, year-round management position offering a variety of experience across private events, food & beverage and seasonal golf operations, with significant opportunity to grow within our organization.

Candidates should be comfortable moving between restaurant and private event operations and helping lead whichever area of the business requires support on a given day.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
