Join a Busy, Growing Optometry Practice

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and patient-focused Optician to join our busy and growing optometry practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with patients, and helping people find eyewear that looks great, feels comfortable, and meets their visual needs. We’re looking for someone friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional, tailored experience.

Some Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional, personalized service to every patient
- Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and eyewear styling
- Take accurate measurements and ensure proper frame fitting and adjustments
- Explain lens technologies, coatings, and eyewear options in an easy-to-understand way
- Process eyewear orders and coordinate with optical labs and suppliers
- Manage optical sales, follow-ups, repairs, adjustments, and warranty needs
- Maintain an organized, welcoming, and well-presented optical area
- Work closely with optometrists and the rest of the team to provide seamless patient care
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace

Key Qualifications





- Licensed Optician or Optician with relevant industry experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- A genuine passion for patient care and helping people
- Confident product knowledge and a strong interest in eyewear and fashion
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment
- Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
- Italian-speaking is an asset
- Saturdays are required
