Bartender – Brookstreet Hotel

Successful candidate must be available:

Saturday Am and PM (Bar or serve)

Sunday AM (Day Bar)

Monday AM (Day Bar)

Tuesday Am and PM

Requirements

- 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of current food and beverage trends
- Solid wine and cocktail expertise

- Smart Serve Certified
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and work as part of a collaborative team
- Available for varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable managing large crowds with professionalism and composure
- Passionate about hospitality, creativity, and delivering a standout guest experience
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- A love for jazz music and enthusiasm for promoting our SPICIER culture

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage guests in a warm, professional manner
- Create and serve high-quality, consistent, and innovative beverages
- Manage bar inventory and maintain a clean, organized workspace




- Operate POS system and process payments accurately
- Serve food and drinks to guests at the bar and lounge areas
- Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations, including Smart Serve protocols
- Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Help deliver memorable moments through exceptional service and a genuine love of hospitality
