Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS in consulting
• Troubleshoot and resolve ad sales, traffic, and billing issues
• Manage incidents and user requests via ticketing tools




• Execute SQL database troubleshooting and validation
• Perform root cause analysis and enhancement support
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Operative IBMS systems
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
• Familiar with ServiceNow or JIRA
• Experience in a helpdesk or EUC environment
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
