This position is a project-based role requiring attention to detail and efficiency. You will focus on capturing digital images, performing quality audits, and maintaining complex spreadsheets. Work full time Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, for approximately 2.5 to 3 years while reporting to the Senior Imaging Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Capture digital images as per company specifications
• Conduct quality audits on scanned rolls before transmission
• Report progress, quality notes, and enter data into spreadsheets




• Manage the delivery of images to the corporate office
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and perform basic image enhancement
Requirements:
• Experience in digitization and archival processes
• Background in Photography, Library, Archives, or History
• Familiarity with scanning/editing equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills in project management
• Ability to work independently with focused tasks
