Responsibilities:

Order Processing & Management:

- Review and verify order details for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping addresses.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to prioritize urgent orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate any delays or issues to customers.

Customer Service & Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, shipping information, and returns.




- Provide knowledgeable support on our product line to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Handle and resolve customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Solid communication and customer service abilities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Pay: $21.89-$25.82 per hour
