We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager Specialist to support a major SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation program , with a primary focus on Supply Chain change management .

Must-Have Experience

- 15–20+ years of Organizational Change Management experience .
- Strong, hands-on Supply Chain change management experience .
- Experience supporting large-scale, complex enterprise transformation programs .
- Proven experience engaging VP/Director-level stakeholders and senior leadership .
- Ability to quickly integrate into an active transformation program and deliver with minimal onboarding.
- Solid experience with change impact, readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and transition management .

Nice to Have

- SAP / SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- ERP transformation experience.
- Prosci certification or formal change management methodology.
- Experience within energy, oil & gas, pipeline, utility, or midstream environments.
