Key Responsibilities:
- Design organizational health strategies based on workforce data
- Lead change management for digital and AI initiatives
- Assess and fill skill gaps through learning solutions
- Embed EDIA principles in all organizational practices
- Provide strategic advice to top leadership regarding organizational risks
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Organizational Development or Human Resources
- 10+ years in systems-level change management experience
- Certifications in Change Management and Organizational Development preferred
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and initiatives
- Strong grounding in equitable practices and inclusivity
