Manager, you will direct and enhance the operational performance of our recycling business across Alberta. We seek a candidate with significant experience in change management, budget management, and multi-site operations. Lead talent development initiatives and implement strategies to optimize financial performance while fostering a safety-first approach. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operational performance across recycling sites
- Drive initiatives for business transformation and continuous improvement
- Develop and manage regional operational budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with HR for workforce development Requirements:
- Business diploma; Bachelor’s degree is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of leadership in recycling or manufacturing
- At least 2 years managing a multi-site operation
- Experience managing multi-site P&L;
