Duties

- Diagnose malocclusions and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Apply orthodontic appliances such as braces, aligners, retainers, and other corrective devices with precision and care
- Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal results
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists to deliver seamless patient care
- Educate patients and their families on oral health, treatment expectations, and maintenance procedures
- Maintain detailed patient records using dental practice management software like Dentrix and Epic
- Stay current with the latest orthodontic techniques, CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology,



and industry advancements

Requirements

- Valid state licensure and certification as an Orthodontist or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in orthodontic procedures, including the use of CAD software for designing appliances
- Familiarity with dental office management systems such as Dentrix and Epic
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dental health and orthodontics
- Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to patients of all ages
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental office environment while maintaining attention to detail
