- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial legal documents
- Collaborate with Sales on contracts and legal risks
- Partner with HR on employment law issues
- Advise on compliance and risk management matters
- Enhance legal processes using AI technology Requirements:
- J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited Canadian law school
- 1-5 years of relevant legal experience required
- Active member in positive standing with Law Society of Ontario
- Proven contract review and negotiation skills
