As an Outbound Appointment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, helping them maintain their homes by scheduling essential services and assessments. This is a high-impact role perfect for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and tied to results. You’ll earn $25 for each appointment you book that is confirmed and added to the schedule. Strong performers control their earnings through activity and conversion. Details discussed in the interview.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. This position is primarily on-site at our Vernon shop, though work-from-home arrangements are negotiable for the right candidate.

Your Impact

- Proactively call our ranked customer lists, including members, VIPs, and recent service clients.




- Educate customers on the benefits of tune-ups, routine service, and system assessments.
- Accurately manage the dispatch board by confirming times, taking detailed notes, and ensuring correct entry.
- Consistently follow established scripts while meeting daily outbound targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional verbal communication and confident phone etiquette.
- A reliable, self-directed work ethic with a focus on ownership.
- Resilience and comfort with high-volume dialing and handling rejection.
- Proficiency with scheduling applications (training on our specific tools will be provided).
- Prior experience in outbound sales, customer service (CSR), or dispatch is highly valued.
