The Security Agent position is crucial for the safety of guests, staff, and property during the nighttime hours at Blue Mountain Resort. This role involves regular patrols, responding to alarms and disturbances, and offering First Aid when necessary. You will play a vital part in maintaining a secure and welcoming workplace for all late-night visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform foot and mobile security patrols across the resort
• Address all noise complaints and disruptive behavior
• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies
• Provide cash escorts and physical security for late shifts
• Log all incidents and resolve parking issues
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid Ontario G Driver's License required
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred
• Minimum age requirement of 19 years
