Haste Logistics is expanding its same-day delivery network across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. We are seeking reliable Owner Operators and Fleet Owners with Sprinter vans, cargo vans, 3-ton or 5-ton box trucks, or flat deck trucks. This prospect is ideal for individuals or small fleet owners looking for consistent weekday work, scheduled routes, dedicated dispatch support, and reliable monthly payouts rather than one-off loads.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate your own commercial vehicle to transport freight across designated routes
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Load and unload freight using equipment such as forklifts when necessary, maintaining proper handling procedures
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, mileage logs, and delivery receipts for compliance purposes
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during transit
- Assist with minor mechanical troubleshooting or maintenance tasks to keep your vehicle in optimal condition

Available Equipment We are looking for operators with:





- Sprinter or cargo vans
- 3-ton box trucks
- 5-ton box trucks
- Flat deck trucks
- Moffett or crane-equipped trucks

Fleet owners with multiple vehicles and drivers are welcome.

Requirements

- Must be legally authorized to operate a commercial vehicle in Canada.
- Valid National Safety Code (NSC) registration/certificate, where required.
- Must meet all applicable Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement (CVSE) requirements in British Columbia.
- Valid WCB/WorkSafeBC coverage or clearance, as applicable to the owner-operator or business.
- Vehicle must be properly registered, insured, and compliant with all applicable Canadian and British Columbia transportation regulations.
- Valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle class being operated.
- Must maintain all required commercial vehicle documentation and safety records.
- Clean and satisfactory driver's abstract.
