We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Packaging Lead to help keep our beer moving from tank to package with precision and consistency. If you enjoy working with equipment, staying organized, and being part of a tight-knit brewery crew, this role is for you. Bonus: we’re located just outside Jasper National Park, so you’ll be working in some seriously beautiful surroundings.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Reporting to the Head Brewer, you will lead and support daily packaging operations, including canning and kegging
- Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment (including the canning line)
- Ensure packaging runs smoothly, troubleshooting minor issues as they come up
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary packaging and warehouse space
- Follow all packaging and storage SOPs to ensure quality and consistency
- Assist with organizing warehouse and cooler areas
- Handle additional cleaning and general brewery upkeep as needed
- Support minor assembly and maintenance of brewery equipment
- Keep detailed records of packaging activities and input data into Ekos Brewmaster
- Assist with inventory management for packaging materials and equipment
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and quality





What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a brewery or production/packaging environment preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
- Ability to follow SOPs, multitask, and maintain solid attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ekos experience is a plus
- Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs regularly and move up to 165 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable standing and working on your feet for 8–10 hours

Schedule

- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional overtime as needed
