We're looking for a Packaging & Labeling Assistant to join our team through our busy season, helping us get our natural personal care products from the production line to our customers' doorsteps.

This is a fixed-term contract position running from August to December 11, 2026, covering our busy season.

We are fast growing business with lots of orders to fill on any given day, but most tasks will be labeling, jar-filling, and packaging work in our Nelson facility.

Responsibilities

- Operate packaging equipment to fill bottles and ensure proper sealing and capping.
- Apply labels accurately to bottles according to product specifications and branding guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas/ Clean stations and equipment.
- Support shipping team with sending out customer packages
- Support inventory management by organizing packaging materials and recording usage data.




- Package and prepare products for shipment

Skills

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive hands-on tasks
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or packaging experience an asset but not required
- Solid communication and ability to work well in a small team environment
