Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques, including construction, residential, and commercial painting. The Painter will be responsible for restoring and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish. MUST have experience. Must have own vehicle.

Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and patching holes
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Follow blueprints or instructions to determine the color and finish of the paint
- Restore damaged surfaces by sanding and priming before painting
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Rig scaffolding and set up ladders for tall structures
- Perform caulking and carpentry work as needed

Skills:
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques
- Experience in residential and commercial painting projects
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately




- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members
- Knowledge of rigging equipment for working at heights
- Skill in caulking to seal joints effectively
