Our Schedule & HoursWe are looking for a reliable team player to cover our key operational hours. Evening availability is a must for this role.

- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Fridays: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional/As-needed)
- Statutory Holidays: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional/As-needed)

- Manage the Front Desk: Warmly welcome our patients, handle check-ins/check-outs, and answer phone calls or emails.
- Optimize the Schedule:



Keep our dentists and hygienists running seamlessly on time through strategic appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate Billing & Claims: Process payments, submit insurance claims accurately, and explain treatment plans clearly to patients.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)

- Dental Experience: Previous dental office reception experience is strictly required. You must be fully confident navigating dental terminology, codes, and patient files.
- Training Background: Canadian-trained dental professionals only.
- Availability: Flexible and fully committed to working the designated evening shifts, occasional Fridays, and scheduled stat holidays.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to match our welcoming team vibe.
