Duties

- Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary supplies for patient procedures
- Assist dentists during various treatments, including exams, restorations, surgeries, root canals etc
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Manage patient records efficiently using dental software
- Available to work on Saturdays is an asset

Skills





- Proven experience in dental assisting with knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Familiarity with dental practice management software
- Experience working with orthodontics and pediatrics is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of sterilization protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures
