Barrhaven Endodocs is a modern, patient-focused endodontic specialty practice in Nepean. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in a streamlined, calm, and collaborative environment. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Dental Receptionist / Clinic Rover to support our team.

Position Overview

This hybrid administrative and clinical support role is ideal for an organized individual looking for a predictable schedule with great work-life balance. You will split your day between managing front desk duties and floating into the clinical area to maintain room turnover, sterilization, and patient flow.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Support:

- Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and answer incoming calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain an efficient day.
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and general administrative duties.

Clinical Support & Rover Duties:

- Clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms promptly between patient procedures.
- Wash, package, and sterilize instruments following standard infection control protocols.
- Keep clinical treatment rooms and sterilization areas fully stocked with necessary supplies.




- Step in to assist administrative or clinical staff with extra tasks to ensure smooth daily flow.

Schedule & Hours

- Work Pattern: 4 days per week, 3 weeks per month
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No Evenings, No Weekends

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and infection control procedures is a strong asset (on-the-job training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with dental software and standard computer applications.
- Positive, team-first attitude with strong attention to detail.
