Northern Paws Dog Walking is growing, and we're looking for reliable, dog-loving team members to join us in Upper Southwest Calgary and City Centre.

If you love dogs, enjoy being outdoors, staying active, and listening to your favourite music or podcasts while you work, this could be the perfect part-time job for you!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Visiting clients' homes while they're at work to care for their dogs
- Taking dogs on private neighbourhood walks, trail adventures, and off-leash park visits
- Providing playtime, enrichment, fresh water, treats, and plenty of love and attention
- Taking photos and writing visit updates for pet parents through our app
- Helping keep pet areas tidy and bringing in packages when needed
- Representing Northern Paws in the community and helping us grow through local events, partnerships, flyers, and free walk promotions

Compensation:

- Dog walking visits paid at $18.75/hour, plus client tips
- Marketing activities paid at $15/hour




- $25 referral bonus for every new client you help bring in
- Most team members earn $180–$1,000+ per month, depending on their availability and number of visits
