Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher and Back Of House Prep Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant and help cooks prep some dishes . This role is essential in supporting the overall food service operation by ensuring that all dishware and kitchen tools are properly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use.

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel settings is a plus but not required. The position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team committed to providing excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas and ensure proper storage of clean items.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and restocking stations.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and protected working environment.
- Support kitchen staff by efficiently managing dishwashing duties during busy service hours.




- Support kitchen with any prep items
- Ensure proper handling of food items and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to maintain cleanliness standards.

Skills

- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or food service environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food preparation processes is advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Reliable, punctual, with a positive attitude towards hospitality service. This role is vital in supporting the smooth operation of our food service team by ensuring all dishware and kitchen tools are impeccably maintained for optimal guest satisfaction.

Pay: $17.85 per hour
