We are currently hiring

- 1 Part-Time Game Masters (year-round positions, 10-15 hours/week)

What We’re Looking For We want team members who are:

- Excellent communicators
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team

Customer service experience and escape room experience are considered assets, but are not required.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers
- Greeting guests and checking them in




- Processing payments
- Explaining game rules and introducing players to rooms
- Monitoring games and providing hints when needed
- Resetting escape rooms between bookings
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms, lobby, and bathrooms
- Assisting teammates during busy periods

Availability Requirements Work hours are based on business needs, but availability up to 5 days per week is required.

Weekend availability is mandatory.

Hours of Operation

- Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM – 1:00 AM
- Sunday: 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $17.60 per hour
