This role involves serving as the MRP for unattached patients, managing admissions, discharges, and emergency responses while adhering to the principles of culturally secure care. - Manage patient care as MRP for unassigned cases
- Conduct daily rounds and participate in team reports
- Coordinate inter-facility transfers as needed
