In this role, you'll report to the Director of Proposals and be integral to the Infrastructure sector, engaging with multiple stakeholders to produce high-quality proposals. Your organizational acumen and project management capabilities will be pivotal as you handle RFPs and streamline processes. This position offers the flexibility to work from several locations, including Sherbrooke and Laval.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in meetings to develop competitive proposals • Organize and lead kickoff and pricing review meetings • Monitor and track the preparation of proposals • Develop templates and methodology sections • Contribute to enhancing proposal submission quality
Requirements: • Degree in a relevant field like Marketing or Technical Writing • At least seven years of proposal development experience • Excellent command of both French and English • Familiarity with relevant public-sector organizations • Robust organizational and time management skills
