This includes climbing towers up to 500ft and installing associated hardware at height such as antennas, brackets, cabling, and connectors.This is a multi-skilled position — we are specifically looking for technicians who bring additional expertise in networking, structured cabling, and/or radio systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting wireless infrastructure, data communications, and telecom services across a range of environments.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Installation and service of PTP and PTMP wireless systemsInstallation and testing of structured cabling (Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6A, Fiber Optic)Programming and diagnostics of radio communications systemsProficient with test equipment such as multimeters, watt meters, antenna diagnostics tools, and DTFExperience with tower climbing, rigging systems, and fall protection proceduresAbility to read and interpret telecommunication drawings and engineering documentationSite surveys and tower inspectionsTowing and deploying portable towers and trailersOther duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years of experience in tower and/or telecommunications workExperience with hand and power tools, testing equipment,
