Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize legal documents related to tax and estate planning
• Support implementation of estate freezes and reorganizations




• Prepare and manage corporate documentation and filings
• Coordinate document execution and manage client meetings
• Open and organize physical and electronic files
Requirements:
• Requires 3+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with corporate records and filings
• Proficient with BC Online and Microsoft Office
