Find the right energy here and come generate something big with us! Together with the Project Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for the technical execution of the work on site. He ensures communication between the various work teams, manages technical information related to the project and ensures compliance. ManagementIn collaboration with the Project Manager, manage all work activities on site; Provide supportto the Project Manager for insurance claims; Prepare work cycles and developing detailed work schedules; Supervise project facilities and site development; Supervise suppliers, including turbine manufacturers, with respect to specifications, execution procedures and quality; Follow up on technical relations with professionals and subcontractors, in collaboration with theWork Coordinators; Prepare internal meetings on worker productivity, analyzing the rate of production specific to the various types of work and trades and issuing the progress report to management; Ensure design follow-up with the consulting engineers, in collaboration with the Works Coordinator of the field of expertise concerned; DocumentationPrepare estimates with the Coordinators of the relevant trades, contract documents and payment claims; Update registers of technical documentation, general and technical data related to the projects and ensuring the control and conformity of the documents; Verify the validity and obtain the necessary permits at the beginning of the work; Forward drawings issued for construction and oversee changes to final drawings related to the project; Finalize the Monthly Report (MMM) with the help of the Coordinators and the Superintendent; Ensure the completion of deliverables at the end of the project according to the progress of the workFinalize and transfer the contractual quality documents to the customer; Health & SafetyConduct site inspections prior to commencement of work; Develop,



in collaboration with the Site Health and Safety Advisor, the site safety program and participate in safety meetings and training sessions; Provide information relevant to the follow-up of OHS incidents to the Project Manager's representative; Participate, incollaboration with the Site Health and Safety Advisor, to the preparation of initial occupational risk analyses; Collaborate with the Prevention Officer to ensure that all rules are respected on the site.Quality controlParticipate in the realization, the implementation and the application of the quality planConduct regular internal quality audits; Support and approve the preparation of execution procedures, ensure their implementation and review withCoordinators and subcontractors; List the good practice manuals needed for the project and ensure their implementation; Ensure that building materials are inspected upon delivery and that reports are duly completed when required; Ensure verification of the work by site engineers and subcontractors and carrying out the necessary inspections in accordance with the approved execution procedures; Resolve non-conformities and problems on site and monitor corrective actions to be taken.This role could be for you if you haveCivil/Mechanical/Electrical/Construction engineering bachelor's degree; Member of a Canadian Professional Engineer Association an asset (depending on provinces); Minimum 5 yearsof experience in a similar role,



experience in renewable energy projects an asset; Proficiency in spoken and written French; PIntermediate proficiency in spoken and written English to interact with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, partners, and colleagues at the national level. Is required to participate in coordination meetings and deliver progress updates to English-speaking stakeholders; Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project; High geographical mobility; Valid driver license; Ability to workin teams; Excellent management, negotiation and problem-solving skills; Ability to exercise initiative, autonomy and leadership; Excellent team management and conflict resolution assets; High administrative rigor; Being able to adapt to high-stress environment and weather fluctuations (construction site).
