This position focuses on math and science instruction to prepare students for careers in trades.This role involves facilitating Outreach programs across Alberta, delivering grade 9-10 math and science lessons alongside life skills workshops aimed at workforce readiness. As an Instructor, you will nurture an inclusive workplace where students thrive. Your efforts will directly impact their journey towards successful trades careers.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate grade 9-10 math and science classesDeliver workshops on career skills and job strategiesOffer tutoring support to enhance student learningPrepare lesson materials and attend weekly meetingsRecord attendance and student progress dataRequirements:2-3 years working with Indigenous groupsExperience in teaching junior high-level math or scienceDegree or diploma in Education preferredReliable vehicle for community travelGuide Indigenous students toward trades careers by providing vital knowledge and support through this rewarding teaching role.#J-18808-Ljbffr
