About Us:

Anytime Fitness St. Vital is a community-focused, 24/7 neighborhood gym. We aren’t a massive, impersonal big-box gym. We know our members by name, we offer personalized coaching, Evolt body scanning, and a supportive setting. We are currently growing and looking for a friendly, organized team member to help our members succeed.

The Role:

As our Member Success Advisor, you are the first point of contact for anyone looking to join our gym, and the ongoing support system for our current members. You won't be doing high-pressure sales; you will be guiding people toward their health goals.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the First Responder: Reply to new gym inquiries (phone, email, social media) within 10 minutes during your shift.
- Guide the Journey: Book and conduct gym tours, free Evolt body composition scans, and "Success Session" orientations.
- Keep Members Engaged: Check in with new members at the 7, 21, and 30-day marks to ensure they are settling in.
- Reconnect: Reach out to former members and inactive leads via our CRM to invite them back.
- Build the Vibe: Ask happy members for Google Reviews,



track member referrals, and capture photos/videos of the gym for social media.

Who You Are:

- You are a "people person" who is genuinely interested in health and wellness.
- You are highly organized and love checking things off a to-do list.
- You are comfortable using computers, CRM software, and social media.
- You don't take "no" personally, but you never push people into things they aren't ready for.
- Bonus: You have a passion for fitness, but you don't need to be a certified trainer (we have trainers for that!).

Schedule: 10 to 25 hours per week. Shifts will be a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends to align with peak gym traffic and lead response times.
