Physiotherapist Join the Activate Home Health Team in Victoria, BC

Activate Home Health is growing, and we’re looking for passionate Physiotherapists to join our exceptional team.

We are a private home care practice and are currently seeking clinicians interested in either full-time or part-time opportunities. Whether you are an experienced Physiotherapist or a newer graduate looking for mentorship and support, we would love to hear from you.

Activate Home Health is a collaborative team of highly experienced Physiotherapists and Kinesiologists dedicated to helping clients live safely, independently, and confidently in their homes.
