Durham Pelvic Health is a Physiotherapy Clinic in Whitby, is looking for a energetic, creative, and tech-savvy individual to fulfil the role of Patient Experience Coordinator.

In this role, you will:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Use a variety of software applications on a daily basis
- Schedule appointments for patients in person, over the phone, and via e-mail using JaneApp booking software
- Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Greet and welcome patients upon their arrival
- Professionally interact and communicate with patients and the general public
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls
- Process payment transactions, issue statements, and reconcile accounts
- Provide marketing, administrative, and organizational support to management and practitioners
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring:

- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and determine the root cause in a fast-paced environment




- Proficiency in MS-Office and other computer software
- Hands-on experience using office equipment such as tablets, desktop computers, scanners, and printers
- Exceptional customer service skills
- First-rate verbal, scheduling, and written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, follow through, and see tasks through to completion
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure, with multiple deadlines, and on various projects
