We are looking for a part-time clinic receptionist. The ideal candidate should be friendly, demonstrate a willingness to learn, and must have solid communication skills. The role of our clinic receptionist will be to mainly assist the clinical team in providing administrative support and provide a smooth and seamless experience for all patients. Previous experience in a physiotherapy or chiropractic clinic is an asset, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients and visitors
- Have a clear understanding of services offered at the clinic to be able to answer questions and provide information to prospective patients
- Provide administrative support to all members of the clinical team
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and the initial visit intake process
- Assist with providing a smooth clinic flow
