We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Data Collector to support our field projects on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

- Visit residential homes based on assigned appointments
- Collect required property and equipment information
- Take clear photos and videos of the home and relevant areas
- Take basic measurements as required
- Complete field forms and submit accurate information after each visit
- Communicate professionally with homeowners during the appointment
- Follow provided instructions, checklists, and project requirements
- Report any site issues or missing information to the office team

Requirements
- Fluent in English with robust verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable taking photos, videos, and measurements inside residential properties




- Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications for data collection
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle preferred
- Previous experience in home inspections, energy assessments, HVAC, construction, property management, or field data collection is an asset
