Summary

'We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Canada. Based in Lake Country, BC, this role is vital in ensuring our customers enjoy exceptional service and a memorable experience at Beat Patisserie. Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.

- Provide product information and helping customers
- Operate the POS system accurately for transactions.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the store.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently.
- Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Support inventory management and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications ' Proven experience in customer service or retail environment.

- Excellent communication skills in English
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team setting and or independently
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, or holidays.
