- Have 1+ year of experience in a smoothie bar, açaí shop, café or similar environment
- Are outgoing, bubbly and genuinely love connecting with customers
- Are quick, clean and calm during busy rushes
- Can multitask while maintaining quality, presentation and great service
- Are reliable, open to feedback and looking to grow with us long term
- Down to earth and polite while communicating with your team members and customers
- Have flexible availability, including weekends
