We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the point-of-sale system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and health regulations.

Skills

- Experience in the food industry is preferred,



with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including cash handling and cashiering skills.
- Proficient math skills for accurate billing and change calculations.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with food safety practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members.

- 2 year experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Personable and friendly attitude
- Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to work weekend shifts
