Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Server/Bartender to join our passionate team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience by providing top-notch service and creating delicious beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following our recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and dining spaces.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Stay knowledgeable about menu offerings, specials, and promotions.
- Uphold health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.





Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a server and/or bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of mixology and drink preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Ontario.
