1. Partnerships & Impact (x1)

Work closely with Chapter Leads and the National Team in the following:

- Create annual partnership impact reports by communicating with chapter leads/ liaisons for accurate numbers and metrics that measure success
- Creating, distributing, and analyzing a partner survey
- Draft national semester start messages for schools, non-profits, tutees/mentees, volunteers, and chapter executive teams
- Organize all partnerships (link all excels from individual chapters into one resource section)
- Pursue national partnerships and allocate them to chapters

Requirements:
- Organized and committed to SSY’s mission
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cultivate trust and build long-term relationships with external partners
- Align partnership efforts with our broader goals and values
- Capacity to prioritize meetings, complete deliverables by deadlines, and communicate in a timely manner with internal and external partners
- Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs/week
