Position Overview:

The hybrid Parts Advisor/Parts Delivery Driver plays an integral role in supporting the dealership’s Parts Department by combining customer-facing parts sales and inventory responsibilities with parts delivery and pick-up duties. This position provides professional and knowledgeable service to retail and wholesale customers, supports accurate parts ordering and inventory management, and ensures the timely and efficient movement of parts to customers and the dealership. By balancing both Parts Advisor and Parts Delivery Driver responsibilities, this role contributes to seamless day-to-day parts operations and a positive customer experience.

What You'll Do as a Parts Delivery Driver:





- Provide a professional and courteous experience for all customers, ensuring positive interactions.
- Accurately prepare and manage orders for shipment, delivery, or pick-up, while handling parts pick-ups and deliveries as required.
- Assist the Parts department in ordering stock, retrieving parts from stock when purchased.
- Oversee the upkeep of the parts delivery vehicle, including fuel management, cleaning, and arranging for maintenance or repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and stockroom, supporting overall dealership cleanliness standards.
- Support the team by performing other tasks as requested by management, including assisting with parts duties and shipping/receiving duties.

What You’ll Do as a Part Advisor:

- Sell parts to customers over the retail counter, over the phone, and via email.
- Provide price quotes and other related parts information as needed, carrying out sales promotions as they arise.
- Facilitate parts management by ordering from manufacturers and aftermarket vendors, retrieving and stocking items, processing returns, and maintaining accurate inventory to ensure technicians have timely access to required parts.
- Track and manage records by documenting and reviewing files to monitor back-orders and return-to-vendor items.
- Foster strong retail and wholesale relationships, while maintaining positive partnerships with suppliers.




- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and following established customer service guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Support the dealership’s overall success by completing additional duties as required.

What You Bring:

- Valid Ontario Class ‘G” Driver’s License and a clean Driver's Abstract
- Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Proficiency in PBS would be considered an asset
- Motivated to working efficiently with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of car parts and their functions.
- Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.
