Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right John Deere parts for their equipment. You will also support the service department, maintain inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of the parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with their parts inquiries and purchases.
- Identify and recommend appropriate John Deere parts and accessories based on customer needs.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and organize inventory, including stocking and reordering parts as needed.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize John Deere parts catalogs and online resources to locate and order parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by building positive relationships with customers and vendors.
- Keep the parts area clean and organized for efficient workflow.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and managing returns.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a parts department, preferably in an agricultural,



construction, or heavy equipment dealership.
- Robust knowledge of John Deere equipment and parts is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift and carry parts and packages up to 50 lbs.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
