About the Role

The Company is in search of a President to lead its multi-campus institution, which is dedicated to providing inclusive, accessible education and fostering economic growth through the development of a skilled workforce. The successful candidate will be a strategic, relationship-oriented leader with a solid background in senior executive roles, particularly in large, complex organizations. Experience in post-secondary education, workforce development, or a related sector is advantageous. The President will be responsible for shaping the institution's direction, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into meaningful outcomes, and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and alignment. They must be a visible and credible ambassador, with a clear commitment to student success, academic quality,



and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities for the President include providing executive leadership, working closely with the Board of Governors, and leading the institution through change to meet the evolving needs of the labor market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading through change, achieving results in dynamic environments, and building effective relationships across industry, communities, and government. Cultural competence, equity leadership, and a graduate degree or equivalent experience are essential. The role demands an inclusive people leader with exceptional communication skills, adept at creating alignment, and supporting high-performing teams. The President will also be expected to demonstrate sound judgment in financial and operational stewardship and have experience in multi-site or unionized settings.
