Our financial services client is seeking a Project Manager (12 months, 7+ years of experience) to support Product Control and Regulatory reporting initiatives using Agile, Jira, Rally, and Clarity

This role supports Product Control and Finance IT initiatives across the Americas, working closely with stakeholders in Regulatory, IT, and development teams in India. The position focuses on Scrum delivery, business analysis, regulatory reporting support, and cross-regional application delivery using Jira, Rally, Clarity, and Confluence. The successful candidate will contribute as a hands-on individual contributor supporting internal hedging and reporting applications within banking and financial services technology.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 1 day per week in office.

Must Haves

- 7+ years in banking and financial services technology supporting Product Control and Regulatory banking
- Agile delivery , Scrum , and DevOps environments supporting financial and regulatory markets
- Jira , Atlassian , Rally , Clarity ,



and Microsoft Project for project and change management
- SQL , Excel , data analysis , and hands-on support of internal applications
- Education related to technology, business, or finance

Nice to Have

- Working knowledge of hedge structures, interest rate swaps, and fixed income instruments
- Experience with data delivery between front and back office systems
- Understanding of PnL systems, Regulatory systems, and General Ledgers
- Knowledge of FAS 133 regulations
- Working knowledge of Cloud Reporting tools and AI tools

Responsibilities

- Conduct daily Scrum calls with development teams supporting Regulatory Qlik Reporting
- Maintain and update Jira for an internal Hedging application
- Gather and refine business requirements with end users and stakeholders
- Manage user acceptance testing activities and stakeholder communication
- Report project status to global stakeholders using Clarity, Confluence, and routine meetings
- Leverage approved AI tooling to accelerate support and delivery outcomes
- Identify risks and issues and drive remediation through completion
