Make a difference in patient health at Calgary Co-op as a Clinical Pharmacist. This position focuses on providing exceptional clinical services and patient management within the pharmacy.
In this key role, you will report directly to the Pharmacy Director and work to ensure the safe delivery of medications. You will also facilitate health clinics and enhance public awareness, all while training pharmacy staff to meet operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver pharmacy services under Alberta Health Pharmacy Services Framework
• Promote health initiatives through community clinic days
• Train pharmacists in specialized practice areas
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Develop programs to meet pharmacy sales goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc. or Pharm. D.)
• Registered with Alberta College of Pharmacists
• Minimum 1 year’s experience as a pharmacist
• Certification to administer medications via injection
• Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
