This full time role focuses on childcare leadership and providing a safe, inclusive space for children during crises.As a Shift Lead, you will manage a full-time schedule emphasizing quality childcare and developmentally appropriate practices. Working with vulnerable children aged 0-10, you'll guide staff and ensure smooth daily operations while responding to on-the-ground challenges.
