Columbia College in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead back-of-house operations on a full-time basis. Under the direction of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, you will coach staff, monitor shift performance and prioritize tasks. You will handle scheduling, training, performance reviews and discipline in line with policies, ensure secure work practices, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with other departments to deliver consistent service.
