Key Responsibilities: • Deliver HR solutions aligning with client's business objectives • Guide managers in employee management and development • Oversee conflicts, grievances,



and organizational planning • Ensure understanding and application of HR policies and agreements • Leverage expertise to enhance team functionality

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience • At least 5 years of HR services in unionized settings • Up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills • CPHR certification preferred
