Key Responsibilities: • Document and enter claims reports efficiently • Triage new claims as directed by the Claims Advocate • Identify loss types and coordinate necessary resources • Oversee email communications from seven different boxes • Provide training support for succession planning needs

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in customer service • Insurance industry background preferred • Required post-secondary education • Experience in call center settings is a plus • Strong MS Office proficiency essential
