Occhiolino, located at Bathurst and College Street, is a modern Italian restaurant rooted in fresh, house-made pasta, intimate dining, and warm, thoughtful hospitality.

We are looking for a Pastaio to join our team, supporting the production of fresh, handmade pasta for the wholesale side of our business.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, takes pride in consistency and quality, and is interested in the craft of traditional pasta making.

Who You Are

Experience making fresh pasta is preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-focused environment

Reliable, organized and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Do

Prepare fresh pasta dough according to established recipes and standards

Roll, cut, shape and portion a variety of fresh pastas

Support daily production requirements for wholesale orders

Accurately weigh, portion, package and label finished products

Follow proper food handling,
