Elysian Health is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our Concierge and Executive Health programs at our growing South Surrey location.
In this role, you will be a key part of each patient's healthcare experience and their primary point of contact throughout their journey with Elysian Health. You'll coordinate care, communicate with patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure every interaction is professional, seamless, and personalized.

What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and provide a professional, compassionate, and personalized experience
- Manage patient inquiries and support new patient onboarding
- Register patients, create electronic medical records, and maintain accurate patient files
- Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple healthcare services
- Communicate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and the broader healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
- Help patients navigate their healthcare journey and ensure follow-ups and requests are appropriately coordinated
- Process private and MSP billing accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-ready clinic environment
- Identify and address patient needs proactively while ensuring issues do not fall through the cracks
Qualifications
- Medical Office Assistant (MOA) Diploma or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MOA or in a similar healthcare administrative role
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records; familiarity with MYLE is considered an asset
- Knowledge of medical terminology and public and private healthcare systems is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled, reliable, and patient-focused approach
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independently
- Availability and flexibility to work a full-time schedule and accommodate varying scheduling requirements as needed
- Must be a local candidate able to reliably commute to our South Surrey location
